	Visiting the Support in Motion chat room

Solution All Support in Motion users receive access to the Support in Motion chat room upon registration. The Support in Motion chat rooms are CLOSED until 10 minutes prior to a scheduled chat session. When there is not scheduled chat session, the chat rooms will not be accessible.

To visit the Support in Motion chat room, simply click on the 'Chat Rooms' link in the orange bar on the Community home page. Click on the 'Chat Now' button to start your chat session. After several seconds (or minutes depending on your internet connection), you will be automatically taken to the Support in Motion chat room.

Please Note: when logging in to the Support in Motion chat room, you will see many prompts such as 'Connecting to the server...', 'Logging in now...', etc. This is a normal part of the login procedure.
