	Adding Medifast Meals from your inventory to your meal plans

Solution After you input your Medifast Meals inventory into Support in Motion through the Personalize Meal Plan feature, you have the option to add items from your inventory to your meal plans by completing the following:

1. Click on the â€˜My Planâ€™ tab on Support in Motion
2. Click on the 'Add Food' button to open the 'Add Food' window
3. Click on the 'Your Inventory' tab

This tab functions exactly like the 'Medifast Meals' tab in the 'Add Food' window.

You also have the option to have a meal plan suggested to you for the current day or all days in this tab, using the text links at the bottom of the window.
